Returns & Manufacturing Defects

• As each Platear Jewelry creation is carefully crafted and unique, we follow a strict no-return policy.
• However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product with a major manufacturing defect, we are happy to review your concern and assist accordingly.
• To help us assess any issue accurately, we kindly request that you record a complete, uninterrupted video while opening your package, beginning before the parcel is opened and continuing until the product has been fully unpacked and inspected.
• If a genuine manufacturing defect is verified, we will assist you with the applicable resolution, including a credit note, where applicable.
• While we take utmost care to thoroughly inspect every piece before it is carefully packed and dispatched, this unboxing video is essential for us to process any manufacturing-defect claim.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests received after this period cannot be accommodated, as your order may already have entered the processing stage.
